CompliantCA is operated by Tremtastic Labs, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company. This site has no accounts and sells nothing; the personal information it handles is small, and this page lists all of it.

1. Information We Collect

Email submissions: If you ask us for a document — the free IIPP template, for example — we store your email address, which offer you asked for, and which page on this site you came from. We do not store your IP address with your submission. We use the address to send you what you asked for, and occasionally to write about what we are building. Reply to any message and we will remove you.

Usage data: We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect personal data. We see aggregate page counts and referrers, not individuals.

That is the complete list. There is nothing else to collect: no accounts, no uploads, no payments.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To send you the document you asked for
  • To occasionally write to you about what we are building
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages and documents are useful

3. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell or share your email address
  • We do not use your data for advertising
  • We do not use tracking cookies
  • We do not store your IP address with your submission

4. Storage and Security

Submissions are stored on our server in the United States, reachable only over an encrypted connection (TLS), with access restricted to the operator. Copies exist in routine backups.

5. Retention and Removal

We keep your submission until you ask us to remove it. Reply to any email from us, or write to the address below, and we will delete it.

6. Your Rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — the answer will be short, because Section 1 is the complete list. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. For any of these, contact hello@compliantca.com.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookie-free website analytics
  • DigitalOcean — server hosting (United States)
  • Google — outbound email delivery; the messages we send you pass through it

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
